Seattle

Seattle is nicknamed the Emerald City (for all the evergreen trees), but it could also be called "the city of hills and lakes." Downtown Seattle is perched on hills that go up and down, ending up at the waterfront and Elliott Bay; Lake Union and Lake Washington are two large freshwater lakes. And day or night, kids can't miss Seattle's unique landmark, the Space Needle.
